Other important note is our entire line is NON GMO (Genetically modified organisms) and Kosher / Parvre across the board.

PUREST uses a new dedicated gluten-free and corn-free mill and facility to process all of our locally grown ingredients. The mill itself has a very low carbon footprint, is totally off-grid and generates its fuel by the oils pressed from the milled grains.

No grains or ingredients containing gluten are used in PUREST products or in the PUREST facility.
Dairy is 1 of the top 10 food allergens. No ingredients containing dairy or traces of dairy are used in the PUREST facility. This includes all derivatives such as casein or whey. Please note that we do have Kosher / Parve certification across the board. Some of PUREST product mixes call for butter or milk in the directions, but there are always alternative substitutes
Wheat is 1 of the top 10 food allergens. No wheat is used in PUREST products or in the PUREST facility.
Corn – A lot of people that avoid gluten also have corn intolerance, No ingredients containing corn is used in the any of PUREST Product or PUREST facility. Including corn flour, cornstarch, maltodextrin, and xantham gum.
Eggs are 1 of the top 10 food allergens. No ingredients containing eggs or traces of eggs are used in the PUREST facility. Some of the product mixes call for eggs in the directions, but there are always alternative substitutes.
Fish is 1 of the top 10 food allergens. No ingredients containing fish or traces of fish are used in the PUREST facility.
Peanut is 1 of the top 10 food allergens. No ingredients containing peanut or traces of peanut are used in the PUREST facility. All PUREST staff members sign contracts to ensure they do not eat peanut products before work or bring them into any area of the PUREST facility, including the lunchroom.
Tree nuts are 1 of the top 10 food allergens (e.g. almonds, cashews, pecans). No ingredients containing tree nuts or traces of tree nuts are used in the PUREST facility. All PUREST staff members sign contracts to ensure they do not eat tree nut products before work or bring them into any area of the PUREST facility.
Sesame is 1 of the top 10 food allergens. No seeds of any kind are used in the PUREST facility.
Shellfish (including crustaceans) are 1 of the top 10 food allergens. No ingredients containing shellfish or traces of shellfish are used in the PUREST facility.
Soy is 1 of the top 10 food allergens. Soy lecithin is present in our chocolate chips, which are in 2 of PUREST products (Brownies & Chocolate Chip Cookies); because of this we add the chocolate chips by hand as the final step before sealing the product.
Sulphites are 1 of the top 10 food allergens. No ingredients containing sulfites are used in the PUREST facility.
